5S

Seiri (Sort): The first 'S' focuses on separating the necessary from the unnecessary. We teach how to identify, remove, and dispose of items that have no value or utility for the work area. Seiton (Set in Order): Once only the necessary remains, Seiton comes into play, teaching how to organize these items logically and efficiently. "A place for everything and everything in its place" is the motto, with tools, materials, and documents easily accessible and identifiable, reducing search time and wasted motion.
Seiso (Shine): This 'S' promotes the systematic cleaning of the workplace, viewing it not as an isolated task, but as an inspection. Constant cleaning reveals problems (leaks, wear and tear), preventing failures and keeping equipment in optimal operating condition.
Seiketsu (Standardize): To ensure that the first three 'S's are maintained, Seiketsu establishes standardization. We create clear visual standards and operational procedures so that utilization, organization, and cleaning are consistent and intuitive for all employees. This ensures that improvements are sustainable.
Shitsuke (Sustain): The last and perhaps most crucial 'S' focuses on maintaining discipline and transforming the 5S principles into a habit and an integral part of the organizational culture.
